The 2005 Opulente shows deep blueberry, blackberry and bing cherry aromas and flavors, with nuances of dried wild flowers, and hints of fresh mocha and toasted oak. It is expressive, elegant and harmonious all the way thru to its silky conclusion. We aged it 20 months in Demptos French oak. Opulente is a multiple medal winner, and has become a signature wine of the Temecula Valley. Multiple gold medal winner.
