Code of Conduct

Miramonte is a place of happiness, equality and well-being for all. Our goal is to create a safe and happy place for our guests and staff to enjoy life to the fullest. Toward that end, when visiting us we kindly ask that you respect the following:

Appreciate Our Offerings
No outside food, drink or music are allowed.

Wait to be Seated
No self-seating is allowed in our restaurant.

Enjoy Wisely
Please drink responsibly. Neither over intoxication nor underage drinking will be tolerated. Guests who arrive over intoxicated will not be seated or served alcohol. If we believe a guest has become over-intoxicated while on our property, for their own safety and well-being we will immediately stop serving them alcohol. If they are rude and/or unruly, they may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued due to over-intoxication.

Respect Our Place
Please do not walk in our flowerbeds, disrupt our blooming plants, or pull leaves, flowers or grapes off our plants or vines. Never climb on winery trees or other winery structures. No throwing rocks, dirt or hard objects at any time. No unauthorized driving or roaming thru winery landscaping, hillsides, or vineyards. Park only in designated parking areas. Never, ever park in a vineyard row.

Respect Our Things
No moving of company signs, furnishings, umbrellas, heaters, misters or any other company equipment. If you need help, please ask a staff member.  We are happy to help whenever we can.

We Have Kids Too
Children are certainly welcome for most daytime service and events, but must be well-behaved and attended to at all times. Please keep them more-or-less within arm’s reach of parents/guardians. For the safety and well-being of guests and children alike, our evening events are 21+ only, unless specifically advertised otherwise.

Be Kind.
Please be courteous and polite to other guests and our staff at all times. Guests who are disruptive, verbally abusive, or violent in any way will be asked to leave immediately. If any guest aggressively or inappropriately touches any other guest or staff member, they will be required to leave immediately. No exceptions to this rule.

Pets Are Welcome. With Limits.
Pets must be leashed, quiet, well-behaved, and remain off our furnishings at all times. We may ask owners of unruly pets to leave. Trained and certified service dogs with documentation are always welcome.

Dress Code
Proper clothing and attire are always required. Shirts and shoes are mandatory. No vulgar or offensive clothing are allowed at any time.

We respectfully reserve the right to ask any guests to leave the property at any time, if management feels do not comply with any of the above.
